Hi! I'm Bob.
I love what I do! Software engineering, team management & business operations.
I utilize my experience with software engineering, distributed team management, and business operations (both domestic and international) to create solutions to challenging problems while helping my team members grow and succeed. I enjoy learning by pushing myself outside of my comfort zone.
My wife DeeAnn and I are proud parents of four children, two grown Purdue University graduates and two in elementary school. I have a passion for helping children, and spend time volunteering in social services.

Sr DevOp Engineer at Proofpoint
Bob has a strong work ethic, an incredible ability to design a system with forethought and an eye towards maintainability and ease of configuration. Bob's attitude makes it a pleasure to be around him, and the work easier to do.

Big Data Architect at MI-C3 at International Ltd.
I found Bob dedicated and enthusiastic about his work. He is committed for quality work and has outstanding knowledge of his field. He is a nice and humble person and a good fellow to have in the group.

Software Engineer at AMI Entertainment Network, LLC
I worked with Bob during my time as an intern at Mentor Graphics. He is a very capable engineer, and was a good teacher of software engineering in my first real-world professional job.
I solve problems. I am a full stack engineering manager and software architect. Skills include analytical thinking, and creative problem solving. Experience allows me to draw on many technologies while also incorporating ideas from diverse cross functional inputs.

Sr. Consultant (Software Engineering)
"Bob was my senior for almost 1 year at Pitney Bowes/MailCode in Lafayette. Bob is meticulous in his work, his C++ is pure art work. He is very skilled in sockets programming, multi-threading and flow diagrams. He is always ready to work on a difficult bug fix or that nagging technical issue well after midnight if he has to. His presence in the team is great motivation to everyone."

“Bob was a good manager and developer. He was able to keep the business issues in perspective and balance the engineering needs with the business needs at the same time. Bob avoided getting caught up in the emotion of the moment and took time to think through a problem before acting.”

"Bob is both very technical and a good project manager. He can either go in and write the required code to make an application work, or he can instruct others on how to implement a design and manage their progress on the project."
